A guy just told me that someone was stealing his people…
Now I DO NOT endorse poaching other people’s teams …
Of course…
People who do that are SCUM…
But why not try on this new thought process…

“NO ONE can steal people from me…
I can only lose them due to lack of strong leadership.”
Let’s face it…
No one would leave you if they were getting what they wanted…right?
So if they stray…
