Pedigree and Legacy

Money stands next to money.
No doubt about it…
I learned this early on in my career.
When you see a guy who is making a million he is teaching an crew of 4 or 5 that are making a half million….
Those guys have a crew of six figure earners around them and those people have a rung of full timers who have a flock of part timers who have uncle Tommy and aunt Sue.
That’s the hierarchy.
Always will be.
So while I got started with my cousin (who is no longer in the industry)…
I quickly figured out that if I was going to make it I needed to work with and gain FAVOR from the top dogs.
I also learned that in order to gain that favor I need to produce and shine so that taking me under their wing would put a feather in their cap.
So I started to focus on PEDIGREE and LEGACY and became VERY picky about who I worked with.
I KNEW I was going….

And I wanted to go FAST.
And there is no faster way that through RELATIONSHIPS.
The sooner you get this the better.
Because it can turn your career upside down and take you on a wild money making ride that you never imagined.
Your LEGACY AND PEDIGREE is everything.
It will gain you introductions that will put you at the head of the line.
It will give you access where access is needed.
It will get you into deals you never expected.
Bottom line….
It will open doors.
And open doors is what you need if you want to go all the way.
The first part is your blood, sweat and tears.
The first part is your hustle.
But the rest is PEDIGREE and LEGACY .
