I struggle with that. I Waste a ton of time
on Facebook
There is a great Free plugin for Firefox called LeechBlock
that allows you to block the time wasting sites
Now I just need to start using it 🙂

Yeah Jack…I think the key to facebook is entering it with an outcome for the session.
Otherwise it is just playing footsie if you know what I mean 🙂
