Hi Diane, Great post. I have always been trained that you have to master the fundamentals before moving onto the advanced techniques. It is the same as you put it – bedrock. You can build a big house/business on bedrock. I am looking forward to your next video.

With your background I am sure you were trained HARD on fundamentals as in a moment of emergency it is the fundamentals skills that we have ingrained into our subconscious that take over…often saving the day.
Thanks for the comment Mike.
That was me Diane, dumping a lot of money on advertising and tools, not knowing how poor my communication skills were. Bedrock skills…brilliant! Thank you!

Really common thing to see out there Lidia.
But now you are on SUCH the right road!
Hi Diane,
I’m learning so much from you and your team this summer, I’ve spent allot of time & money in the past believing the magic was in the tools I was using, but its far from the bedrock!

Thank you
hi I was very sucessful when i did ebay once be fore, ,made power sellar and had 100 feedback, and then my life feel apart with my house burning down and loosing every thing, and i mean every thing, i have jsut started it again, and it is taking off pretty well, i have always loved having my own business and know that customer service is the most important , as i had so many repeat customers , and won awards from ebay for great customer service and the business grew , and so i am doin it again and hoping that it is going to be the same or near the same , i have always had great bedrock skills , oh well have a great day

Diana,
Awesome post on building a
foundation on Bedrock and not Sand.
You are so right, that foundation should
focus on Communication and Relationship Skills
not the latest or greatest tools or whatever.
Your messages and those messages of your partners
resonate common sense and authenticity.
You all have done very well as communicators and as
John Maxwell says,
“Put the cookies on the lower shelf where anyone can get them.”
Keep up the great work.
