Often when people start a home business…especially women..they burn the candles at both ends and run themselves ragged leaving themselves at risk for quitting the very business that holds the potential to set them free.

Diane, more women need to learn to take care of themselves. It’s like what the flight attendant on the airplane tells you. Put the oxygen mask on yourself before you put it on the kids. If you don’t take care of yourself, you might not be able to take care of them. It’s so important to take that attitude into real life and business as well. Thanks, for another great insight.
