Thanks Diane, this is so incredibly simple but where a lot of people freeze up. We get caught up in ingredients and compensation plans and all of this STUFF and facts about our product or opportunity that excites us. We forget to think about the customer or prospect and what their wants are or to take the time to find out. Great reminder to refocus.
