Wow, thanks Diane for stating this so eloquently. Results tend to speak for themselves, but so many marketers focus so much on pitching their deal, they never really connect with the prospect.
And like you alluded to, when you become a product of the product it’s much easier to give a testimonial rather than just a sales pitch. When you can actually show your prospect (thru your results) that your product/service can have a real effect on their lives, you really don’t have to “sell them” so much.
