My husband experienced it this morning…
I will tell you really quick…
He frequents the local donut shop pretty much every morning for coffee.
Today he came home from dropping off kiddos at school with no coffee in hand…
I said, “Where’s the coffee!”
He said, “I’m tired of going in there and spending money when they aren’t even friendly. I will find another place to get my coffee where at least they say HELLO when I walk in the door.”
Moral to the story… The donut shop just lost a good customer because they didn’t alter his experience!
