I am giggling as I write the headline!
So I was cleaning out my computer and came across several videos that I cut this summer (and older ones!)
that I never edited up and published.
I guess i just forgot they were there and they got buried.
So I figured..Hey..this is like the lost treasures of the Titanic of something..right???
But seriously…this video is pretty good stuff and most of all you get to see me in the BATHTUB!!!
No Kidding!
Find out about why most people have difficulty in their business.
They are working without PERSPECTIVE.

In the bath? You’re too funny, Diane.
Between you, you and Shelly Allen have inspired me with your courage this week.
Great thoughts. Motion sickness has never been so informative. ๐

Wow, great timing Diane! I really needed this video!
I often find myself that I need to walk away and reevaluate what I need to do next and what has been done.
It’s not always well coordinated, and a smooth transition but still moving toward the greater goal.
Cathie Heath says
I talk to people every day who have no idea
where they’re going…or even where they WANT
to end up.
So sad.
Perspective really is everything. There’s a
reason beginning with the end in mind is one
of the 7 Habits Mr. Covey wrote about.
Writing it down gives life to your dream and
keeping it in front of you keeps you focused.
There’s something almost magical that happens
in the middle of you when you know that you
know that you KNOW!
Thomas Lierzer says
Hey Diane,
Okay i stopped the video after 30 seconds, because I think I know where you are. Mohegan Sun?
Now I go back and watch the video but I had to ask?
Call me crazy ๐
Diane says
You are CORRECT.
Are you local and I didn’t know????
Where do you live?
Thomas Lierzer says
Okay I am back ๐
For the people by the people I love it. So many distractions surround each and everyone of us. Some can block it out like you and I do, but a lot of people can’t do that.
Those are the ones who need help from Leaders like yourself, who has the vision and knows what it takes to create a place where the noise from the outside will be blocked and go back to the simplicity of what is really important when it comes to building a future in our industry.

Haha I love the video Diane.
Though I still have not mapped out every crevice of the rocks that compose my mountain, I do know it’s existence and its height. It is startling tall, but that is part of the fun.
The peak is only to rest but for a moment right, to relish the journey of mapping out the entire thing I have/will create.
Thanks for the inspiring video. Maybe you should compose a dvd “The Lost Footage of Diane Hochman” you can get the Blair Witch guys to do it for you and send it to all the hype monsters ; )
Make them scared in their boots ๐

Diane,
Great video, I have some sort of idea where I want to go but you are so right when ideas pop up and the next best thing shows up it takes my focus off of where I think I want to go. I am going out today and get me a few of those notebooks, great advice as always. Thanks Diane!
