Ah, this was such a fantastic audio post Diane.
I have seen “Groundhog Day” so many times (at least 14 times) and there are
great lessons in the movie.
The point is: He develops himself so much over the course of the movie that he finishes the movie as a different person.
In this industry, people need to go through a similar journey if they want to really have a breakthrough.
