A lot of people complain they do not get help from their leader.
I want to share with you how they think.
Generally they will give you some directions and walk away for a bit.
They want to see what you do…
Cause either you are gonna follow through or you aren’t.
There is nothing they can do to change that.
Once they assess that you are DOING the DO they will step in and groom you.
So you see…
YOU have all the control over EXACTLY how much attention you get.
Go get what you DESERVE.
It’s up to YOU
Interesting aspect of the behavior of the leaders. I never thought about this aspect when I helped people to move forward.

As you have said many times, you can’t teach someone to swim unless they get into the pool. Very true.
This makes sense Diane but sometimes I see people taking action yet they don’t necessarily sign up for recommended programs through their upline just yet as they are not in a financial position to do so – I don’t believe these people should get left behind if they are showing action in other areas but need a little guidance to get them into profit so they can move up further. Just sayin’ 🙂

I am referring here to performance…not purchasing anything.
Your upline leaders need to keep their business afloat just like you do…
Right?
So if they have a whole team of people who are not performing can they afford to give a lot of time to those folks?
Think about if you were in that position…
If you had 100 team members who sold nothing and you spent your days “coaching” them…
How long would you be in business?
Now if a leader is trying to shake people into buying stuff and corporate does not give you a way to do it with the distributorship you purchased..that is a whole other story.
That’s not so cool.
