As a school psychologist, I know you can learn how to improve your focus, but it is a choice and you must learn to turn it into a habit. Using the carrot (rewarding yourself) and stick (punishing yourself) is the simplest way of learning a new habit. Stacking it with a behavior you already have mastered is even better.
