Diane, excellent video reminds me of the lyrics … I don’t know where I am going because I don’t know where I have been 😉 … Of course folk who know where they are going already know where they have been. And after taking your course a person will suddenly know where they are going which means better results and smoother sailing through the seas of commerce 😉
