Powerfully entertaining springs to mind. Self image is an inside out perception and can be changed as shown by dr maltz psycho cybernetics. As you so powerfully demonstrated self image is changed by seeing and talking a new image into being for at least 21 days. The world judges us by our cover as they do books but the self image knows that the contents are great on the inside because we have skills, confidence and results. Having supportive people helps to reinforce our self image too 😉

Great video. This is something that really holds me back – I look at others all the time and think I’m not good enough. Was it getting a mentor that was the most effective way for you to overcome this?

I did a lot of self development work.
Truthfully…great mentors will not work with those that do not see themselves as worthy.
So you need to dig in and do that work first so a great mentor can show up in your life 🙂
