Hand holding and step by step instructions…
Isn’t that what everyone wants?
Isn’t that what programs everywhere try to deliver?
And yet if you look around the people who bought in for the hand holding generally stand still.
They get caught in the “step by step” instructions and fail to get out there and make that all critical first sale that gives them the confidence to keep truckin to higher levels.
I have seen it for years.
The more you make it sound simple the more you attract the people who will swim in information versus taking action.
The more “step by step” that you provide the more you build a team of people that are waiting for you
to SAY SOMETHING that will make it happen for them.
So today I want you to consider…
Do you really want that stuff?
And do you really want to promote that stuff?
Or do you want a program that is is easy to promote that has offers that people want and a product that keeps em buying?
Do you want your new guy to get out of the gate with a sale right away or do you want him buried in “training”?
I’ve always found that the people who just asked…
“How do I generate a lead and how do I make a sale?” to be THE KEEPERS and the ones who were seeking “MORE TRAINING” to be the bolters.
And that’s also why I don’t “train” but instead give concepts and new ways of thinking to those that are in action.
In the end the thing that is going to save you is YOU doing the work and through that work LEARNING THE MOVES from that that would GROOM YOU.
Trust me…
There’s a BIG difference between training and grooming.
Grooming requires your action.
There’s a huge difference between coaching and mentorship.
Mentorship requires your action.
So what message does “hand holding and step by step instructions give?
It’s says that someone other than YOU has to do the work.
And ya…
You may sign a few people up that way…
But at what cost?
Anyways…
