Great message Diane, Scratch Their Record. I have tried using similar conversations on prospects that I connected with but I tend to get one line answers or even no answer. Even when I ask about their kids or pets on their page. So I just move on. People do seem to put up barriers and I need to learn how to break those barriers. Thanks for sharing.
Yes I remember the records very well. Talking about the scratch and skipping brought back a memory in late 60’s I bought Suzie Q by Creedence Clearwater and very first day my brother played it and scratched it …. I was devasted ! LOL Thanks for sharing all the info you do. It is always so helpful and easy to relate to. Good tips and ideas.
