Diane, this is a great post because it really brings people back to basics. Everyone might need your product, but not everyone deserves it!
I did a similar post on my blog – I included a free downloadable Word document with a brief list of who to market your MLM to (although it’s more about recruiting than retailing).
Thanks a bunch for posting this, any traditional business would do the exact same…why should Network Marketers do any different?

This was the turning point in our business. Once we turned to who was looking for us, everything else seems to fall into place. Paul and I have gone so far that we have named prospect. In doing this it makes every step easier in that when you are making your contact you are writing or speaking it to your one person. Can you grasp how much easier it is to talk to one person rather than thousands of people? We are constantly adding information about our perfect prospect, refining finding out something new everyday about their frustrations, concerns and what they are looking for. I can’t explain how huge this was for our business.
Without…Diane and the Home and Small Business Network…we would still be struggling with no results in our business. Thank you Diane for your honesty, integrity and your quest to help people in their business.-

I have been working on this and have figured out who I want to market to and what area of the health and wellness company I am a distribuor for that I want to focus on. )The training call on Jan 30th helped me more with that.) Now I am trying to figure out where on and offline these people hang out so I can get the info to them. Still much work to do but further along than where I was a month or so ago.
