Learned “Tell-Show-Try-Do” in my network marketing company too. It also is the strategy I use in my math classroom. I tell them how to solve the problem, I show them by demonstrating some examples, I have them solve a few in class with me to offer suggestions, then off they go with homework to DO it themselves…..at least that’s what’s supposed to happen 🙂
